We felt less like we were meeting with an unfamiliar professional and more like we were sitting with a friend who would always put our best interests first. She is the textbook definition of a "Full Service Agent". Lindsay represented us as our buyers agent, but Lindsay took every opportunity to go above and beyond for us. As I was selling my aforementioned rental property, Lindsay provided counsel, answering my questions and providing her opinion on what I could expect to get for the property in today's real estate market. When it came time to put offers in on single family properties, Lindsay strategically positioned us to get a very good deal on our house, with an offer that was moderately under asking price. As with any long process, there were some hiccups and hurdles, Lindsay expertly navigated everything. Regardless of fault or control she offered solutions that she didn't have to and even arranged for an agent to check in on our house while we were away on vacation, which immediately followed our closing date. In summation Lindsay exceeded our expectations and bent over backwards for us. She has the ability to be kind, and gentle, but can also be tough as nails when it comes to fighting for her client.
